Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. During the pre-order period, fulfillment begins once the product is ready to ship (for example, the Emergency Chaos game is scheduled to ship in March 2026). Until your order has been shipped, it will remain in “processing” status.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely. The exact carrier used may vary based on your location and the shipping service available at the time of shipment. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so you can follow your package’s journey.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most standard U.S. shipments are delivered through national carriers. Delivery times can vary, but once the order leaves our fulfillment center, you can generally expect delivery within a standard timeframe based on your selected shipping method and address.

International Shipping

We do offer shipping to select international destinations. Delivery times for international orders depend on the carrier, customs processing, and your location. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty, or import fees that may be charged by your country upon receipt.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and the shipping method you choose. You will see your total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time you place your order. We are unable to change the address once an order has already shipped. If an incorrect address leads to a returned package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable timeframe after your order is expected to ship, please contact us using the information below and we’ll help locate your package.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.
